I created this piece as a part of a seven deadly sins collection. I shot the entire collection during the pandemic in the comfort of my own room and coined it the Seven Daily Sins to show how we do these “sins” almost on the daily. Each sin had its own designated color and this piece is what I created for the sin of Pride, which is also the title of the image. The use of multiple mirrors and a very saturated purple used with gel filters got me to the results of this image. My goal was to create an image with a character that is all about herself and takes pride in her own vanity.
