When I created this piece I was reimagining when my family and I would go hiking in the spring and summertime. We would hike up to this lovely shaded area with trees and a waterfall from the snow runoff in the mountains. I’d be sitting under the trees’ coverage to hear frogs chirping while eating fruits. This piece represents my fond memories of hot summers in my desert home.
