Spun spiderwebs wrap around my ankles
Covering my legs in silky white cotton
Tightening their hold on me
So a devil red seeps and spreads through my skin
I feel something crawling down my back
An uncomfortable and invisible tickle
My arms shrink and become too short
As my mind yells “you’re paranoid”
I feel something tickle my nose
An insatiable but phantom itch
Or at least that’s what I tell myself
As my sight starts to cloud
Spun spiderwebs wrap around my eyes
Covering my face in silky white cotton
Suffocating my breath
So it feels like I’m being buried alive
I feel something weighing down on me
A darkening void behind my eyelids
Match the spider army covering my body
As they spin more web
