Diving deep into a dimension
where summers don’t come with sadness.
Relieved from the expectations
of falling into extravagant madness.
Here, we become timeless,
ageless, perhaps endless.
But when reality awakens,
the piña colada dream is gone.
Back to the surface we go,
where the air is tasteless,
and life is incredibly dull.
